Our Family Basic Cabins are a great option for families and friends looking for affordable, practical accommodation in Rotorua. With a simple, comfortable setup, they’re ideal for guests wanting a cosy place to relax after a day of exploring. Please note these cabins do not have their own bathroom or kitchen, so guests use the shared communal kitchen and bathroom facilities nearby.
During your stay, you’ll also have access to our well-maintained and up-to-date facilities.
Note: We will not issue refunds on stays cut short or due to changes in weather beyond our control. Please don’t be offended by this policy. All nights booked are to be paid for on arrival.

Standard Log Cabin
Enjoy a stay in our authentic open-plan log cabin full of charm and character. Our standard log cabin consists of a double bed and 2 single beds (Bunks) and are ideal for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday. All beds are made up with sheets, duvet and pillows. The cabin also has a table, stools, a heater, mini fridge, and towels. Cook up a feast in our communal kitchen, where you can meet other park guests. Showers and toilets are in close proximity to the standard log cabins for peace of mind.

Our Family Basic Cabins are a comfortable, open-plan option for families or groups, sleeping up to five guests with a double/single bunk and an additional set of single bunks. Fully insulated and fitted with a heater, these cabins are a cosy choice in all seasons and are conveniently located close to the shared communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. All beds are made up with sheets, duvets, pillows and towels, making your stay easy and relaxed from the moment you arrive.

Dorm Room
Our 6-bed dorms feature 3 sets of bunk beds (each with 2 singles) and a small kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and 2-ring hot plate. All beds are made up with sheets, duvets and pillows. Please note that towels are not provided.
For online bookings, the maximum length of stay in our dorm rooms is 5 nights. Lockers are provided for each bed, giving you peace of mind while you explore Rotorua. Please bring your own padlock or purchase one from reception for $10.00.
